All sales are final - NO refunds. Additionally, admission into the orchard is not included in the birthday package and still requires a Pick-Your-Own bag to enter.

In the event of bad weather (thunder/lightning storm, tornado warning, or rain) on the day of your scheduled event, we will help you reschedule or give a full refund of your event cost.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. However, birthday cakes and/or cupcakes are allowed if they are purchased from a licensed bakery or food establishment.
